Terms of Use
1. Licence
AW Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cozy Bricks on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
2. Model packs and purchases
The game is free to download. Optional model packs are sold as one-time in-app purchases through the App Store and are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. A pack unlocks the models it lists, including any added to that pack later. Purchases can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID (Settings → Restore purchases). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we can't issue them directly.
Free models and new content are added over time at our discretion. We may change, rebalance or retire content, but we won't remove models from a pack you've already bought, except where required by law or by a third-party rights claim.
3. Your builds
Your shelf and progress are stored only on your device. We can't recover them if the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the game or its models, and don't use the game to break the law. We may stop supporting the game on devices or iOS versions that can no longer run it well.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its models, instructions, artwork, music, sound and text are owned by AW Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share screenshots and videos of your builds for non-commercial purposes.
6. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the game and its purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under your local law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to play after changes are posted means you accept them.
